SRDs in 2400-2454 MHz - TCAM 26 clarified the scope of Sub-class 22

TCAM 26 clarified the scope of Sub-class 22 (SRDs in 2400-2454 MHz), its relationship with EN 300 328, and its legal regime for conformity. See the clarification document.

- Class 2 equipment is equipment for which Member States apply restrictions as indicated in Article 1.2 of the Decision.

Further classes may be defined. The Commission Services however intend to associate the same alert sign as contained in Article 1.2 of the Decision to new classes.
